The Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation has announced Tris Vonna-Michell among the six finalists of its 2012 Hugo Boss Prize. In addition to a $100,000 cash prize, the winner is given the opportunity to exhibit at the Guggenheim Museum in New York. The winner of the biannual prize will be named in the fall of 2012.

This new book brings together several narratives, which Vonna-Michell has intensely researched, developed and altered over the course of several years. It has been published by JRP|Ringier in collaboration with Kunsthalle Zürich, GAMeC - Galleria d'Arte Moderna e Contemporanea di Bergamo, Halle für Kunst Lüneburg eV, and Fondazione Galleria Civica - Centro di Ricerca sulla Contemporaneità di Trento.
